Q: What kind of products do you retail?
A: We curated our own hair and skin products from organic herbs, botanicals, and essential oils.
Q: What color line do your stylists use?
A: We partner with independent contractors that provide us the organic products in our skin-care and hairline. We only work with individuals that are like-minded in our beliefs of providing organic and natural products.
Q: Does the salon have Wi-Fi?
A: Currently, no. We are in the process of obtaining it.
Q: Why do you require new clients to share their credit card information when making appointments?
A: We require a card to save appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to give a 24-hours cancellation notice for appointments. When given less than 24-hours notice, 50% of the booked service total will be charged. 100% of book services total will be charged if there is a no show. Credit cards are saved for your profile and care secure on our system.
